Some potatoes are prepared peeled and some unpeeled. All of them are carefully sliced, fried instantly, put aside for a certain period of rest and then put back into hot oil for a brief moment to give them the crispiness they are famous for. And once you’ve tasted them, rest assured, you’ll be coming back for more.
