Mado dishes are cooked with quality and fresh ingredients, carefully selected. Our top producers supply us fresh products on a daily basis and we prepare our food every morning, in our own kitchen, in accordance with hygiene and health standards.
The seasoning of the fresh meat, the preparation of the salads and the selection of the appropriate ingredients are the most important tasks of our chefs.
We implemented HACCP system in all 9 MADO locations, which guarantee the safety of the food provided by us.
